How You Can Help

Your mission is to use the app as you normally would and tell us what you think. We want your honest feedback on everything, big and small. Here are some of the key things to look out for:

Core Features to Test

Navigation & User Experience

  • Home Dashboard: Is the main screen clear and easy to understand? Can you quickly see your financial overview?
  • Bottom Navigation: Test the four main sections (Home, Statistics, Wallet, Profile). Does switching between them feel smooth?
  • Floating Action Button: Try adding transactions using the prominent “+” button. Is it intuitive enough?

Transaction Management

  • Adding Transactions: Test both income and expense entries. Is the form easy to fill out?
  • Transaction Categories: Try categorising your transactions (Salary, Freelance, Rent, Groceries, etc.).Does the category selection work well?
  • Transaction History: Check if you can easily view and filter your past transactions
  • Transaction Editing: Try editing or deleting existing transactions

Wallet & Account Management

  • Multiple Wallets: Create different wallet types (Bank, Cash, Credit Card, Mobile). Tell us if it feels natural.
  • Wallet Switching: Test switching between different wallets when adding transactions
  • Balance Tracking: Check if wallet balances update correctly after transactions

Statistics & Reports

  • Visual Charts: Explore the statistics screen with pie charts and graphs – are they clear and informative?
  • Income vs Expenses: Check if the app correctly categorises and displays your financial data
  • Date Filtering: Test filtering transactions by date ranges
  • Category Breakdown: Review how expenses are broken down by category

Groups & Parties

  • Creating Groups: Set up different groups (Home, Office, Personal) to organise your finances
  • Party Management: Add people or entities you transact with regularly
  • Group-based Transactions: Try assigning transactions to specific groups

 Data Sync & Offline Use

  • Offline Functionality: Test using the app without an internet connection
  • Auto-Sync: Check if data syncs automatically when the internet is restored
  • Manual Sync: Test the refresh sync functionality by clicking the refresh icon on the top right of the home screen

Settings & Profile

  • Profile Management: Update your personal information and settings
  • Language Support: Try switching between supported languages
  • Logout Process: Test the logout functionality
